Rotary Forging Machine
This series is designed based on the external rotary technology and is a new kind of fine mould forging equipment. It is characterized as less cost, lower consumption, easy servicing and operation in comparison with conventional flat forging machine: High productivity, high accuracy, saving raw material, good internal quality, low noise and vibration comparing to normal forging harmers. It is specially suitable for the production of vehicle shaft halfs, general flanges, gears, seals of steel frame, big size bolts of high strength, etc.
It is classified into vertical and horizontal type. Electrical and hydraulic control enable manual and semi-automatic operation. PLC control, proportional governor and spherical wear-resistant bearings are present for some type of machines. Cold or hot (less than 750 degress) extruding job ban be done upon demand. Offers reliable and easy operations.
